I believe in order to set a foundation you have to be the first employee of your own company and that's what I did. Previously I owned a Granite and Marble company and I went to India to purchase Granite and Marble. While there, I saw a hair factory and was able to get introduced to the owner of the factory, which then led to me getting a tour of the factory. I returned to the states and began to set the foundation as a hair supplier. In an industry that is dominated by women I knew I would have to earn their trust as a hair supplier and have a product that had to be the best. My goal was to have the best hair in the industry coming out of Baltimore by creating a movement and letting everyone know that we do in fact have the best hair.
